《Japanese traditional New Year's dish = OSECHI》
OSECHI is the traditional Japanese cuisine only prepared for New Year. All of the ingredients in Osechi are well-meaning, because Osechi is eaten to pray for good health and great harvest for a year.
For example, red and white one is " Kou-Haku Kamaboko"
It is a boiled fish paste. Kou of Kou-Haku means red and Haku means white. In Japan, the combination of red and white is the color for celebration. It symbolizes happiness.
